A lawyer licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Justice, and an arbitrator accredited by a number of Saudi and international arbitration centers. Feras holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in engineering economics and project management, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Law Sciences in commercial transactions, and a Master’s degree in Commercial Law, he is currently doing a Ph.D. In the commercial law on the Saudi financial technology regulation (Fintech) and how it is affecting the investment and banking sector.
Feras participated in a number of acquisitions in private equity and venture capital. The value of the transactions exceeded one billion Saudi riyals, executed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Gulf countries, Britain, the United States, and tax-exempted islands.
Feras is a member of a number of boards of directors on closed joint-stock and listed companies. He plays an active role in representing shareholders, providing advice and legal roles to support the boards of directors, Mainly in disclosures of the company and shareholders, ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies, and effective communication with the Capital Market Authority – Tadawul

Feras presented a number of scientific and court papers in the insurance sector, intellectual property, and trademarks, technical contracts, commercial contracts, and won awards for them.
He pleaded in a number of cases at the public and commercial courts and the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes, he also pleaded and participated in a number of liability lawsuits filed against members of the boards of directors of joint-stock companies, investment fund managers, and a number of stocks brokers along with people related to the securities sector.
