A licensed lawyer by the Saudi Ministry of Justice, he graduated from the College of Law with first place in class and honors, he has 8 years of registered practical experience, where he started his career as a legal advisor at one of the largest industrial companies. Then he joined our office as a capital markets team member. He holds the general securities qualification examination (CME-1), the compliance & AML/CTF (CME-2) issued by the Capital Market Authority, in addition to many courses offered by the Financial Academy.
Faris has worked in providing legal advice to listed companies, companies wishing to offer, and has extensive experience in pleading at the committees for the settlement of securities disputes in a number of liability lawsuits against financial institutions, members of boards of directors, and dealers in the stock market. Faris supervised and managed IPO applications for several companies in the main market and the parallel market , he also managed a number of prospectuses to increase and decrease the capital through rights offering transactions, and a number of merger and acquisition transactions.
Faris has attended several specialized training courses in commercial companies and financial market products such as investment funds, venture capital, debt in financial markets, financial analysis, financial market regulations, regulation of brokers and practitioners in securities business and investment funds, penalties and penal provisions for violations resulting from market conduct rules.
